I purchased this mouse at the beginning of August, brought it home, plugged it in, and I'm thrilled with it; but, after using it for just two hours, the wheel started acting strangely and living its own life. That was not to my taste, so the next day I took it back to the store to get a refund. What caught me off guard was the fact that the serial number printed on the box and the one on the mouse were not identical. It was stated that my mouse had been used before, but I came to rent it under the pretense that it was a new one. The manager of the store did not seem surprised by this revelation. After two hours of cursing and phone calls in support of his position, I finally got my way, took the money, and purchased the mouse from another retailer. I checked the serial numbers as soon as the package arrived, and I noticed that they were different. This begs the question: why does Logitech even bother to make serial numbers? After that, I went home, plugged it in, and everything was working perfectly. I used it all day, and there were no issues whatsoever; in the evening, I turned off the backlight (I thought it would be better for a wireless mouse). the following issues manifested themselves. The G Hub Mouse app is exhibiting extremely strange behavior at the moment. The mouse modes do not work, and the application presets are added for the sake of appearance, because they can carry loads. However, this is only in the dreams of the developers, as they do not work and frequently crash. further on the backlight, it begins to glow differently in each application, and random modes begin in each profile; however, it is worthwhile to set the synchronization of all backlight modes and button bind setups. further on the backlight. and most crucially, after turning off the computer, the backlight turns on and begins to burn for almost half an hour; this raises the question of why there is a built-in battery and why all of this is necessary. But, the fact that technical assistance is useless and arrogantly blames the company's programmers does not make the situation any simpler for me. I'll say it again: the cost of this mouse is between 6000 and 8000 thousand. To summarize, I do not suggest this mouse, and I advise staying away from Logitech products. One thing that I haven't been able to wrap my head around is how you can sell a mouse with no memory for such a high price.
