We use the Synaptik platform to automate our email marketing campaigns. It is easy to set up, easy to customize, and has great integrations with other platforms such as Salesforce. The customer support team is very knowledgeable and responsive. I don't have any dislikes about this product. If you are looking for an easy solution that will help you achieve your goals without having to spend too much time on it, then this is a great product for you! We love using the automation capabilities of Synaptik to send targeted emails to our customers. This allows us to save a lot of time and effort! I like how you can see exactly what's going to happen before it happens, but that could be seen as negative because sometimes things don't go perfectly planned, so if there is something wrong or unexpected in front of me i would not know about this until later (afterwards). It really helps us automate tasks for our customers which makes their experience much more pleasant than when we used manual processes previously.
