4 pack as stated. They look cute and seem durable. I like the way they look and the AirTag cases seem to be of good quality. The AirTag is VERY secure in the case and I could force the case off the ring but it won't fall off on its own. This is a very secure way to attach an AirTag to my luggage, purse or whatever I need to track. In this case, AirTag looks beautiful! I can say that the covers are very protective and durable! The silicone is a nice soft material that doesn't scratch and should not only protect my AirTag but also look like a cute accent on all my stuff.
