Review on Potensic by Jeremy Lunn

Both as a customer and a product manager, I had high expectations for the goods sold by Potensic. Unfortunately, they were unable to deliver on their promise to supply high-quality toys and games that incorporated cutting-edge technology. The remote-controlled vehicles and toys were prone to breaking, and their individual components were of poor quality. Disappointingly, neither the design nor the development of these products paid sufficient attention to the smallest of details. Before putting their wares on the market, it is quite evident that Potensic needs to spend significantly more time and energy honing the quality of their products. In addition to this, their customer support was poor, with long wait times for responses and answers that were not helpful. In general, I do not consider Potensic to be a trustworthy site from which to purchase high-quality toys and games.
