I like that we have been able to grow into our territory quickly without having any experience outside of local teams within other organizations (ie no previous regional agency exposure).
The team at Durhamp has worked with all parts of my organisation - Marketing & Sales Operations/Account Management - including Finance for over 5 months now! They are very responsive when issues arise in terms or questions about functionality etc., which isn't often from an Agency perspective but does happen so it's great they're there if need be too!! As usual - sometimes not knowing where you stand can cause some confusion around expectations especially after moving jobs / projects along this stage as well but overall happy working through them again. There hasn’t really anything specific i dislike though just maybe how much work goes "over head” during busy periods? You want consistency across your account management landscape whether its Account Team Members being managed internally via HRIS systems vs external.
