At first I was skeptical about this set. He seemed to promise more than he could deliver. When I received it, I realized what it really is. This is an incredibly solid set for the home cook. This is not food truck / small diner level. That is a good thing. Some of these kits at a much higher price will give you things you will never use. All metal parts are strong and sharp. Squirt bottles are great for lightly brushing olive oil onto our roasted veggies. We used about half of the set as everyday tools for burgers, rotisserie chicken, eggs, pancakes and the like. The rest is stored in a nice zippered bag and stored until the summer BBQ season starts. The case is as small as it gets for what it contains and folds up beautifully.
