Review on BrandMaster by Jeff Leu

We have used this program before at another shop that we just went through so I've had some experience in how things go down there too! This software isn't as user friendly or intuitive if compared to other programs out here. The customer service doesn't always help either when trying make changes within the system (even minor ones). You're really not even allowed any freedom into being able to change anything without asking someone first about what's going wrong. They are constantly changing features inside which often causes problems in getting certain functions working properly again later on. If they would stop doing these silly upgrades/changes then everything will be fine but they don't seem willing anymore than having an old version installed now. So many people complain every day because nothing seems to fix them once a month ago. Maybe its worth checking out though because it helps keep track of all the data I like that they have so many different options in creating campaigns. They also offer free tools which are very helpful. You can't use all the features if you don't pay for them. Some people think it's expensive but it's really not after using it for a while. I am able to reach out to my customers via email, text message and social media sites. The best thing about Brandmaster is that you can connect to other programs easily. This helps me manage everything at once.
