The dialpad is great, but how long will it last?
This is the second phone I have bought. I work from home for a call center. My first phone worked fine for 4 years and then started hanging out at people. I thought I just wore it out and bought a new one 10 months ago. So far everything has been great and the mute button no longer works. I thought I was going to suppress my cough but the caller offered me a cough medicine! I really need that mute button. Otherwise I like the phone. I need to replace it again and am considering what to buy again.
