If I could honestly give this product a 0 I would be so excited for this product and when I did the packaging was good and everything but my product is now defective. That does not work! I've tried to get a replacement but they say they won't send it to me. I am very disappointed and on top of that I lost $100 which I was really looking forward to using with my hair dryer. Don't buy this if you don't want to risk it failing. They won't help you if it's damaged
