Beware the junk HP 8020
I wish I had ever bought the HP 8020. Saying cartridges are Mickey Mouse is a disservice to Disneyland. Well, to add insult to injury, I just tried to install 3 cartridges and found that the printer does not recognize or communicate with the new cartridges. And the instructions come up with the idea of going to the trash can and looking for old cartridges to try and track down the problem. And the problem is HP.
