Review on MNJWS by Cris Walton

I recently bought a replacement part for my car from the MNJWS online shop, and I have to admit that I was extremely dissatisfied with the transaction. First of all, it was challenging to locate the part I needed on the website because it was so difficult to navigate. When the part did come, it was ill-packaged and covered in dings and scratches. Despite being advertised as being compatible with my vehicle, the part was not. To make things worse, when I tried to return the product and contacted their customer service, I was greeted by a rude and unhelpful representative who seemed uninterested in helping me at all. In addition, the return procedure was extremely complicated and proved to be more work than it was worth. I have worked with a lot of online retailers in the past as a DIY expert, but I have to say that MNJWS was one of the worst. I won't be returning to this shop in the future and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
