I was impressed with a previous launch product I had and when I contacted customer support with an upgrade question they got immediate help. They said they had a newer version of my scanner and suggested I look at their comparison chart. I received the product today and implemented it in my shop diagnostics and am very happy with the results. Fast connections, smooth swiping and table navigation. It is protected by a rubber coating and looks very durable. I was very impressed with the features, WiFi updates and super speed with ease of use. The ability to email diagnostic reports is a great tool. In addition, the ability to take screenshots is ideal when you need to show a customer or another technician what happened to the car. The ability to reset oil change indicators and correct service intervals on this unit is a major benefit. Working with a BMW can be tricky, but this scanner made it that much easier to see the scope. I would highly recommend this scanner and this supplier as their customer service is top notch!
