Review on Authority Justice by Jay Campbell

The ease of use, intuitive design, functionality that allows me to manage my cases like never before! It's easy enough so I don't have to spend hours learning how it works - which helps with my busy schedule as well! There are some minor UI flaws (e.g., sometimes you can see too many options at once) but nothing major or frequent enough to really impact our productivity negatively overall.

Nothing yet; we've only been using this product since Jan 2018, and we're still in beta testing phase. We needed an easier way to track all of our case information without having multiple spreadsheets floating around. This has allowed us to organize things much more efficiently than previously possible while also allowing access from anywhere via mobile devices/websites.
