The product is easy to use with intuitive interface that allows me as an individual user without any IT support experience or training in this area of expertise.

I am able to quickly get up-to speed using minimal effort which makes it ideal if there are no other resources available within my organization who can provide such assistance (i.e., internal staff). It would be nice though have some sort of tutorial option when installing so users don't need extensive technical knowledge before getting started. This software has helped us manage our newsroom workflow process by providing immediate access via web browser into archived content stored locally at each site location where we work around the world.
