the goods came quickly. One of the short tubes was missing. I was able to make one by cutting off one of the long ones I wasn't using because I made a couple of shelves big enough for the boots which meant I didn't use the front long tubes for those shelves. But if I didn't, I would have to call to get the missing part. It was pretty easy to assemble. I bent one of the tubes when I assembled it, but I made another one out of one of the long tubes that I didn't use because I changed the design a bit. It would be helpful to have an extra to everything for such problems. It's relatively firm after I sealed the bottom connectors with Apoxy. The 18 inch size was perfect for where I needed it.
