I have an active kitten that is always on my counter, in my fridge or in my sink trying to lick dirty dishes. And another cat that always wakes up between my orchids. So I got these spikes hoping they would keep their vagabond at bay. The good thing about them is that you can cut and shape them however you like. If you can't connect them together, just use cable ties. The downsides are that cats can find safe spots and run between or around spikes, or run through spikes like ninjas. At least that's what my cats do. So you only work ART. It just depends on how much the cat wants to get to a certain place where it shouldn't be!
