Lightweight and easy to use. Put the tablet in water and then insert the clips. I used Invisalign cleaning crystals. I have completed my treatment so I don't change my mouthguard every week, I only wear a retainer which I wear 22 hours a day. Within a week it started turning yellow due to Invisalign clearing crystals. When these tablets are used once, the yellowing is significantly reduced. I have used these tablets once a day on my fixative and each time a little more of the yellowing goes away. I highly recommend these tablets due to the much lower price and better results than Invisalign clearing crystals.
