When I first opened up this grille I'll admit that first impressions were mixed, I wasn't overly impressed. It looked too easy. Then I used it and it completely changed my mind, I love it! That's a great thing! You can prepare a lot of food here at the same time, it has a very large cooking space. This grate is very simple, it has a frame, a drip tray, a cooking grate and an electrical connection, that's it. Very convenient to use. The coverage here is great, nothing sticks to it, I just wiped it off when I was done and it was clean, the coverage is great. I've cooked chicken breasts, sausage, bacon, pancakes, steaks, grilled cheese, quesadillas, french toast, and scrambled eggs until everything was great! I like it more than my oven! You can cook so many things with it! I love that the raised side of the grate leaves rust marks! And I love the shallow pan for pancakes and scrambled eggs. The grate heats up quickly and the food is cooked quickly and evenly. dining kitchen I just love it. So easy to use and clean.
