UPDATE: one year later. I love this tree and the company's customer service is the best I have come across. The sisal on the lower legs is worn out and is expected to be used by 4 cats a day. I contacted the company about purchasing replacement feet and they shipped them to me for free! I was so happy. They are the best. Original post. Before we even finished assembling it, my cats were already climbing on it. I have 4 cats and they downed one of our other trees. They love this one and I see them in it a lot more than in the old one. The assembly wasn't difficult. I love this color as I have 3 dark haired cats and it doesn't show any hair like my beige tree.
