My autistic child loves this board! This is the first time I've seen him sit still and play with a toy for more than a few minutes. That relaxes him! I bought him this and a soft one from another seller for Christmas. He's rough with toys, and a few days after standing on it, the small door that was connected to the hinge broke and the wood splintered (a big safety hazard). I tried to fix it myself but couldn't. I emailed the company and they sent him a new one for free. Excellent customer service! His new board is doing well. We've learned to only use it under supervision as it's quite heavy.
