I purchased this product in July and did not use it immediately. It is therefore too late for a return. There were no instructions on the bottle. Nothing. I have searched the internet for information on lotion manufacturers because they sell this product but the shipping cost is too high for one item. That's why I ordered it from Revain. Government marine artisan directions use 1 to 3%. I used 3%. He hasn't picked up. I waited until the next morning. It was still thin. I added another percentage. It's still a slightly thickened liquid. I am very sad.
