Disappointing product

I've only been using this case for two weeks and the valve is somehow bent so it can't close smoothly. Also, the way this product fits the iPad keeps pushing out my screen protector and creating air bubbles (on the non-pen side). It's terribly annoying and messes with my screen protector.

Pros
