Review on VISE GRIP Locking Pliers 10 Inch 2078110 by Michael Schafer

I got these pliers after borrowing a large pair from a colleague and seeing how easy they are to adjust and how well they grip the pipe. They have become my favorite channel lock. The angle of the head is great for most jobs and the offset angled design of the teeth not only improves their grip on black pipe but also their ability to grip square nuts and bolts and gas valve bodies. The release button allows you to easily and quickly change the width of the jaw opening. Durability was also good. The jaw locking mechanism has shown no signs of failure and the teeth are still in great shape after extensive use. One of the rubber pads on one of the handles came loose a bit along the seam, but that wasn't a major problem and was easily fixed if I wanted to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend adding these to your tool bag. They are strong, reliable and inexpensive. money well spent.
