So, for a $100 pop up tent (even though I bout it at almost half off) I expected something a lot better than this. I have had the hardest time folding this thing back up, every single time I've used it. In fact, it's been sitting on my living room floor for 2 days because I can't get it folded no matter what I do. The zipper in the back that opens the entire side came right off when I zipped it up right after I took it out of the box because it didn't have a stopper on the other end. It seems really poorly made, the seams around the windows have little holes in them. Maybe I just got a fluke as all of the other reviews are awesome! But I'm really disappointed in the fact that I paid almost $50 for this tent. I don't even take it to the park which is what I bought it for, to keep my kids out of the sun when were having snacks and stuff. Too much work to fold it back up.**review update. I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars because of the impeccable customer service of this company. They took the time to reach out to me and resolve the issue all on their own accord. I am extremely impressed and wish that all companies had customer service that is this customer-appreciative.
