I ordered the product about 8 months ago and was very confused. It felt like I received two different products because three of the six lip balms had different packaging. However the name was the same so I figured they just updated their packaging and I got some older ones. The first one I used was in an older package (I guess that's what was pictured there). I love it! I had a spot on my lip that always cracked no matter what I did. After a few days the dry spot was gone and my lips haven't felt this good in a long time. The balm also stayed in place for hours which meant it lasted far longer than anything I've bought before. I understand all the incredible reviews the product has received. The second one I received was one of the new formula. I swallowed three of these in a month simply because they are of different quality. I have to agree with those who say they actually make your lips dry. I suspected it had something to do with the change in weather, but I've since noticed that my lips feel better when I don't use it instead of using this! The balms I still have have an older formula so I will be using them. until they disappear. However, I will not risk getting a new formula, so I will not order this product again. Unfortunately because it was an incredible product.
