I bought this to backup my photos from my iPhone 11 and transfer them to my computer. That does not work. When I tell him to backup my photos, he only takes a fraction of it. There's nothing after November 2020. And even with what it underpins, many are missing. This makes it completely unusable. I've tried selecting images and copying them to disk, but it's terribly slow and eventually freezes. Even if I only do a few at a time. It's really pointless. I bought it for auto backup. If I want to sit down and do it manually and it gets blocked I can just plug my phone into my laptop. I am returning it and bought it on the flash sale.
