Parts arrived damaged, manufacturer will not replace

My pan press arrived yesterday and I have not used it yet. Like others, my drip tray tube is damaged and not collecting juice while I'm cooking. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they couldn't send a replacement, but we'll give you $2 to find a replacement yourself. What? I'd rather just go back and buy another press so the whole set gets damaged.
