If you have a lot of tools and keep installing things like this, just buy inserts, you'll be fine. A whole saw to drill everything (or don't remember where you hid the whole set of saws) is what you need. The inserts are good but the saw overall is good enough to keep for future projects. (When I put it away I found another set of saws and kept that one too.)
