Cheap plastic handle doesn't stay extended. You can only press on the heel of the cleaning head. You can't press the pointed end, otherwise the extension will break. You can get it working with the right pressure equalization for a couple of wipes, but why bother? not worth the price. I saw exactly the same thing with the dollar tree. I should have bought one for a dollar. I'm only keeping it because I can use the little microfiber towels for something else, they're perfect, twist of fate. It works well with the handle folded, but that defeats the purpose I wanted it for.
