I bought this ELTGM03-1 to attach to my EleTab sit stand (seen separately). There is a pre-drilled hole on the monitor shelf of the seat frame for this bracket. The kit includes all the hardware - both for drilling and for attaching to the countertop. The device is well made, solid and very durable. If you use it mainly or always at a fixed height, you can opt for a cheaper mechanical spring. If you need to move the monitor up and down a lot, e.g. when raising and lowering a sit-stand desk, I recommend the gas spring model I bought. If you have a large monitor (mine = 24") it will take a few counter-clockwise turns of the gas spring adjustment screw (Allen key included) before the weight of the monitor is balanced enough to stay in place where you want it. At first I thought the gas spring was bad, but I just didn't turn the screw enough. I found that the screw turns more easily if you get the lever to the highest position first, rather than letting the monitor's weight lower the lever all the way down where the monitor is located. Now, with just the right number of turns of the adjustment screw, I can easily position the monitor at any desired height when sitting or standing during the day, and it stays in place without sagging. Recommend both this adjustable monitor arm and EleTab table for sitting and standing work.
