This timer was a game changer in getting my child to focus on morning and evening activities and meal times. It's easy to use. However, I am very sad that after only three weeks it stopped working. My child, who goes to kindergarten, took great care when using the timer, just like I did, never to move the pointer counterclockwise after zero. So not sure what happened. I changed the batteries, which makes the timer "squeak" so there's definitely power, but it didn't help. The internal mechanism no longer works, so the minute hand does not move. I'm pretty sure I saw this as a complaint from one or two people when I read the reviews before buying, so I knew I had to be careful how I turned the timer knob. Very disappointing. I'll see if I can get it back. I also bought a second one a week after the first one because it worked so well, but now we'll see if that one stops working with daily use.
