It is easy for one person, not too difficult if you have multiple employees but it does take some time/effort getting used with all its features - we are still working through them! I wish there were more options within reports that allowed us greater customization without having someone else create or edit our report-it would save so much work (and money) when something needs updating throughout year end reporting process!! We also like how easily customizable everything can be via template files rather than requiring custom coding by an admin user who knows HTML & CSS very intimately vs. relying solely upon templates provided by RIMS Admin staff members.
