This review has more to do with the shipping than the product. Delivered partially open. This means that the packaging or the glue was old and therefore the mascara tube slipped out of the packaging. I opened the mascara and it looked unused but there was no product. seems dry? For $8 it's harder to return so I threw the product away for safety's sake.
