Fits exactly. Remove the stock floor mats and install new ones. It is so easy. I like them better than the WeatherTech because of the rubber knobs on the bottom. When these mats go in, they won't slip. It's not that the WeatherTech mats are terrible (I don't think they are), but they do move a little. The Husky brand isn't moving at all. In my experience with the WeatherTech brand, I recommend taking the earbuds out of the box upon arrival and laying them out at home for 8 to 24 hours. This will smooth out creases that may have formed during packaging/shipping.
