Absolutely disappointing. The product came very quickly, I was so excited, it took less than a week! Unpacked and found that there is no power adapter for the chord. Strange. The board hung, downloaded the app and I signed in, but I can't establish a Bluetooth connection. I may have done something wrong, let's start again as this should connect automatically as instructed. I still can't connect. An hour later still nothing. Go to sleep. The next day I try again, read every thread and facebook group about the board, try every trick I can find and still nothing. No connection to my phone but it looks beautiful on my wall, all lit up! Day 3, talk to some of my friends who have 3 and 3a and go home to try updating the firmware. The board actually talks to the phone to do this, but after the update it no longer connects to Bluetooth. I've tried at least 7 times. With batteries, without. Have reinstalled the app several times and tried all possible combinations of tricks to no avail. It still won't work. I'm willing to take it off the wall and send it back. It shouldn't be that hard!
