UPDATE: Warranty - Shipping costs more than cable.
UPDATE: We've had this cable for a year now, both ends of the van's cable/plug are split. We were told to make a warranty claim and send it back - this cable is so heavy it's cheaper to find another manufacturer and buy a new cable at a price that costs the warranty through shipping. Now I'm looking for an electrician nearby to fix the plugs but to no avail. Attached are some photos of the amount spent and the fact that each end came apart, you would think they would replace this defective cable with no shipping cost charged.
