I bought this car mount to create content for social media. The bracket does not stay on the dashboard. It crashes with my 12 plus. However, the mount attaches securely to my window. Also, my phone only charges when it's plugged in. Not at all what I expected. Also, I wasted my money. Please advice if I'm doing something wrong.
