I like that it's easy for me as an account manager, or even just someone in our office who is not familiar with SEO terms/processes etc.,to edit content without having any technical training! It can be confusing at first if you are new but once your over time its really user friendly - so much better than working directly through Google tools which also has many limitations (and isn't very intuitive).
The interface could use some work overall- we've had issues where certain things don't show up when they should after being edited by another team member until later in their workflow process. But this was fixed quickly upon reporting them. We have been able to easily create multiple articles from one source of information into different sites such as Yahoo News & Buzzfeed using only 1 article instead of creating each individual piece ourselves before publishing.
