Not genuine Britta filters
My packaging looked like it was fake. The top was glued with hot glue and then secured with a piece of tape. I opened the first filter and it was only 1/2 full of charcoal. Shaking the others, I can tell they aren't complete either. This is definitely not a genuine product, although all the labels looked correct. The filter I opened also had dusty carbon residue. Do not order this product - it does not correspond to the declaration. I have requested a refund for my order and am waiting for the seller to send it back to me.
