My husband uses the massage gun every day. He uses only one head on it - a styrofoam ball. There's nothing in the packaging that tells you how to use the other heads, but we really don't like them. Heads sometimes pop out at settings higher than 10. The battery lasts a very long time and tells you how much time you have left to charge. It has an on/off switch and it accelerates up to 30 which we couldn't get past 15. It is so much better than any other massage product my husband owns. the package is very good. we don't use clocks. It is not a substitute for a chiropractor. My husband goes once a week. It's nice to have it in between, but not a substitute.
