My package came with some missing pieces. I called, and they say they dont send missing pieces they send a new package and you send back the original one. Overall, im happy, its a great concept of organizing things, but i dont see it lasting for me. I just feel it. Its cheap plastic wrapped around a metal frame. I can see improvement in this product though. Like: using thicker plastic, protect the plastics corners so they dont get damaged (because some of the corner of the plastic arrived damaged already.) And having better connectors for the base to level it higher than the ground so that its sturdier and doors open and close better, because i have carpet and the connectors are just so flat that makes its hard to open all the doors on the bottom, so i literally drag the door open. Anyways, I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT, BUT IMPROVEMENTS PLEASE, I WILLING TO PAY MORE FOR THE QUALITY. THANK YOU.
