I wore these lamps for two days at Christmas. Great for sand on the ground and even withstands snow on the sidewalk. On the third day they withered and sagged. I've used both tea lights and fake battery candles. Tea candles are lighter than battery candles, so one tea candle is equivalent to two battery candles. The tea lights I used the first night were very bright and lasted about two hours. The next night I used battery operated candles, two in each pack for the same brightness but they last all night. The downside is that you have to pick up the batteries and store them until next year. Make sure that the tea lights are placed horizontally in the bag, otherwise they will burn up faster. Overall, the bags are nice, can be carried on snowy sidewalks, and are perfect for vacations.
