Review on Water Balloons Outdoor Bunch Launcher by Carl Lee
Lots of holes and some don't fill at all.
Many balloons just didn't fill up which was annoying for my kid. Then many of them had a tiny hole through which all the water flowed out. Half of the balloons hadn't exploded.
