Move quite a bit of air

Used to cool the radiator. They started fine from 6V, so we set them to turn on at around 100 degrees, and then ramped the voltage up to the nominal 12V as the temperature increased. The only minor issue is that I don't like the loud fan noise and you can (barely) hear it even at 6V. At 12V they're a bit noisy, but they like that airflow.
