Installation may not be easy, but after that it's a gem

UPDATE 09/24/2014: After about a year and a half the insert washer (I had to use the black one) stopped working and started to wear out. When I finally replaced the system, the washing machine fell apart into small pieces of different sizes. Just something to keep in mind, but I still haven't found a better faucet mounted filtration system and I still really like this one. ORIGINAL: I had a really hard time installing this thing. It's a pretty standard design in that regard, but it would be nice to see someone invent a bit of original practicality regarding thread synchronization in the very awkward, painful position that usually ties these things together. currently. Some had no problem but just go knowing it might be difficult for you. - A small, short problem: temporary leak. When used several times after installation, there were some very minor leaks, e.g. B. Drops, which, however, soon disappeared. I don't know why, but it doesn't drip anymore (at least that's what I noticed). - Ultimately, winCant can definitely consider the leak in the sense of a downgrade if it does not occur again. The installation is the only thing that deserves 4 stars instead of 5, but when complete it performs like a 5 star product: * looks attractive * powerful alternative spray/pulse rinse setting * great solid flow on default setting (especially when compared to the culligan i had, it was very weak and slow) * green indicator light when you run water that you have it installed and working properly, set it to a nice non irritating blink * auto shut off works great ( shut off - the metal pin on my Culligan filter rarely went back in; I had to push it back in) like a light switch, no splattering + In short, I can't think of anything I don't like about using it. . No more shopping. If you stick around long enough to get it tight, it should work like a dream. My Culligan system worked fine for the most part, but I eventually got tired of keeping track of when the filter needed to be changed. I tried the Pur Tablet system but it leaked horribly. So I was concerned about throwing away good money for bad money, but I decided to take another risk with a leaking product. Such a relief that it works so well. I love using it.
