Terrible product the best of computer accessories and peripherals

This adapter really messed up my work laptop's sound settings. The IT guy spent almost an hour downloading the drivers and getting the display working on the second monitor. All sounds were deleted when calling with Microsoft Teams on a laptop. I can only see my home screen on the monitor it's set up for, but I can't drag my mouse or pages on it. I'm pretty sure China now has all the information on my work laptop.
