First I got the wrong pads. They quickly sent me the correct caps but I'm having trouble with the small pad that fits (2 wheels, 4 high and 4 low selectors). It doesn't stay on the selector when I need to use the radio button. I added more tape to fix it but the problem persists. Your decorative lid seems too shallow (not deep enough) to stay on. When I have time I'll come back to this and post a simple solution. Second, this isn't really an issue, it's a personal preference. On the AC/Heat selector, you need to turn on the white bar to show where the temperature is. (Where the current temperature is compensated). I added an image where I drew a white stripe.
