I like that it's easy for candidates to reach out to employers, whether they're in different states or countries! It's also great because you can see what other users have had to say about their interview experience with a certain employer so even if something doesn't go as planned, there are plenty of ways for the candidate to get feedback from the community about where things went wrong. There isn't anything that I dislike. The only thing that I would mention is that sometimes when you click "send message" after sending your cover letter/resume with an attached photo, nothing happens - maybe just refresh? Other than that, this has been one of my favorite services to use since beginning along side over 1 year ago! Great platform! We've found we have much more success reaching qualified job seekers who are currently working through our website, compared to simply advertising online through LinkedIn, which often leads to less qualified individuals contacting us.
