Warm Gloves & Mittens

I've only worn a pair that I bought last year. My hands froze in 35 degree weather.1. The material is thin 2. Cold air enters the gaps in the seams3. I have my doubts that it is 100% wool. They fit well under woolen mittens or gloves to add extra warmth.
