$12 is $12 - but I can still be unhappy :(

I'm not happy with this product but don't want to mess with $12. $12 is $12, you get what you pay for what pay but I'll give an overview for those of you who are new to buying or installing an LED stripper: -Firstly it doesn't support USB power on TVs from 2015 and older models. I had to plug mine into a USB- Plug cube in to charge it in a wall socket and couldn't use the LEDs behind the TV because I have a floating TV Secondly the output connection stopped working after I only plugged and unplugged the LEDs 3 times to connect them to the desired position.I have to use tape to keep the LEDs connected to the power cord and to protect the power cord from short circuits.Thirdly, I know w ie install LEDs but this may be the first time someone has had to do the install pour in LEDs because they came across this product and thought it was a great idea for their TV. Well, how could a consumer install this great product if: A) the instruction manual is hard to read, confusing, full of typos, and blurry B) the consumer applies glue to the TV before checking the USB port on its back for enough power for the LEDs. I'm deducting 3 stars for the three reasons mentioned above. If the manufacturer contacts me and helps solve my problem, I will definitely consider a positive update to this review. Reasons I left two stars: The abundance of hardware makes it easy to place the light sweeper in places other than what the seller is selling. these LEDs for. It's very handy to have extra hardware and wire clips when you're working on things that shouldn't be very professional. The overall quality of the light produced is fantastic. A small chip in the power cord is mysteriously programmed to create hundreds of color mixes and effects at the touch of a button on the 44-key remote.
